75 Hard Completion

When people say I already do everything, discredit the effort I’m putting in.

It is really free to now be able to go on walks leisurely not having to worry about getting my self situated to be outside for 45 min. Because I typically made every walk, especially with Letti, a long one just in case I didn’t get the 45 min in later. So some days I was getting my 45 min walk then also training for my half marathon at night.

Half gallon water bottle was def a game changer

Nice to just be able to pick up the books I want and hop around more based off what’s on my mind. It was the biggest challenge ever to read 10 pages in one sitting for me. I am going to continue to work on that.

Phase 1 – plan to quit vaping, only eat Whole Foods, and AGAIN the add-ones that Phase 1 brings is critical tasks, which I already do with my law of attraction planner, cold shower I do not do and I am looking forward to that the least amount but the feedback I have gotten from people who also dread that is that its the favaorite part of their life at this point. So I think its really cool that I am going to genuinely kn ow its going to be a positive addition to my healthy habit complication.
